Applications are now being accepted for the 2019 UC Women's Initiative for Professional Development.
The UC Women’s Initiative for Professional Development (UC WI) is an experiential professional development program designed to elevate women in leadership at the university. UC WI is administered by Systemwide Talent Management and sponsored by the President’s Office and the Systemwide Advisory Committee on the Status of Women (SACSW).
The Women’s Initiative is a four session program designed in collaboration between SACSW and UC Systemwide Talent Management,and delivered by CORO, a non-profit leadership development organization that has been delivering programs at UC since 2006. TheWI program is designed for mid-career women, both staff and faculty/academic personnel, who demonstrate the potential to advance their careers at UC and reflect our diversity.
