Join us for our upcoming Women We Admire Series, with Vice Provost for Faculty and McClatchy Chair in Communications, Professor Teenie Matlock.
Dr. Matlock is a Professor of Cognitive Science and a Founding Faculty member of UC Merced. She received her PhD in psychology from UC Santa Cruz and has published over 75 articles on how humans use language and how it influences everyday reasoning. She has been the recipient of two UC Merced Senate awards and is the former Vice Chair of the American Indian Council of Mariposa County, among her many accomplishments.
