CACSW Membership Application

We are currently seeking general members for the 2024-2025 academic year from all affliations.

However, we are in need of representatives from the following affliations:

  • Faculty representatives
  • Post-Doc scholars representatives
  • Undergraduate students representatives

 

 

Please indicate your area(s) of committee interest (up to three).
If appointed, membership requires the following: ** Barring unexpected circumstances, members are expected to participate in all meetings (currently held the first Tuesday of the month from 3-4pm via Zoom but will be dependent on current leadership), in person or Zoom. If the member is unable to attend, representatives should consult with the Co-Chairs before sending someone on their behalf. No more than one meeting shall be missed per academic year. **It is the responsibility of each member to actively serve on at least one subcommittee of their selection. Members are expected to participate in writing the annual CACSW report, as requested by the Co-Chairs. **Members shall advise CACSW of any matter or decision in which they have or could have a conflict of interest or the appearance of a conflict, and if appropriate, shall then recuse themselves from discussion or voting on the matter.
